Dear partners,

As you are aware, on March 17 2023, we suffered a cyber incident affection on our networks and systems. Our IT team responded to this attack quickly and was able to stop it. Among other things, this meant that all systems had to be shut down for security and containment purposes. Since then, our internal IT team and other external forensic experts and specialists have been working tirelessly to better understand the incident and to reboot and restart the systems step by step and in a safe manner.

Since Monday, March 27 2023, we are able to start to ramp-up our operations again. This included reinstallation of our infrastructure in a clean environment and leveraging our back-up systems. Our e-mails are working again and so you reach us as before the incident. We are committed to bring additional entities back online in the coming weeks, but getting everything back online and operational will, we anticipate, continue throughout April.

If the ongoing investigation uncovers any impacted data related to our employee and/or customer data, we will update them as appropriate.
