Manufacturers of plastic granules, injection molding machine manufacturers and packaging machine manufacturers have their place at the trade fair. GeKu was present at the fair via a joint stand with the HAHN Group and its other subsidiaries HAHN Digital, HAHN Robotics, HAHN RobShare, Rethink Robotics, Waldorf Technik and Wemo.

The company and product portfolio of the HAHN Group fits like a glove to one of the main topics of this year's K trade fair: Digitization and Industry 4.0 were of enormous relevance, as were products related to the networking of devices, as well as the digital monitoring and control of production systems and processes. It is precisely these areas that represent the competencies of the HAHN Group:

• Waldorf Technik and HAHN Digital jointly presented a system that combines digital printing and digital service and thus ensures greater productivity in the manufacture of medical devices.
• With its new WIPS 4.0 software, Wemo contributes to more user-friendly programming of robots and enables improved product quality through intelligent automation.

Thorsten Gerling, Managing Director of GeKu Automatisierungssysteme GmbH, summarizes the K 2019 as follows: "We were impressed by the technical discussions at the trade fair and we are pleased that our expectations were exceeded by the joint appearance with the HAHN Group companies."
